I do not usually write reviews, but I have to take the time to express myself when something is done properly, timely, kindly and professionally. I was rear ended in the late winter. I got three estimates for the repair, Sono Collision being the third. As I was speaking with Chris about my vehicle, it was clear that I finally found a body shop that really cares about their product. This is a family run business which also means a lot to me. I knew that they would provide me with an excellent job, and they did just that. My vehicle was completed when they said it would be. They made returning my rental vehicle easy. And...they did just an outstanding job. My car was cleaned well and I could not be happier. I have had disappointing experiences at other body shops in the Westport area where there is no pride in the work, and where I have had to return multiple times for runs and overspray. Sono Collisions did an amazing job and did it right the first time. In a world of mediocrity, how nice to find people who take pride in what they do. Many thanks Chris and staff.

I had the most unbelievable experience they treated me like I was the only car in the shop. They were fast, efficient and dealt with the insurance company like a pro hats off to them.
